Manufacturing Process
The CABairTEK system consists of the assembly of module-based steel panels that attach to one another via a system of cams, and the joints of which are seal by compression.
Once an order has been confirmed, the file is taken in hand by the project manager. This individual has the responsibility for ensuring that production is tightly monitored at all stages, putting emphasis on respecting relevant deadlines.
STAGE
1 : Drawings
Detailed preliminary plans are submitted speedily to the client for approval.
After approval has been granted, our designers and engineers will work
on the production designs. This is one of the most important stages in
the process.
STAGE 2 :
Cutout
With the aid of a punching machine or digital laser, the steel sections
are cut out with surgical precision, respecting production designs to the
letter.
STAGE 3 :
Folding
Again with the aid of digital equipment, folding of the steel sections
is done with extreme precision.
STAGE 4 : Assembly
To guarantee accurate and precise assembly, two of our staff assemble the
panels with the aid of templates.
STAGE 5 :
Paint
In the final, but by no means the least important production stage, polyester
powder paint is applied using an electrostatic procedure and baked in an
oven at high temperatures so as to give both its sheen and its durability.
After packaging, we are now ready to make delivery to the client with our own transportation system and our team of installers.
